Nutraceutical Manufacture & Bottling
We offer nutraceutical capsule, tablet manufacture & contract bottling where our automated and semi-automated bottling capability includes integrated batch coding, best before dates and induction lid sealing.
We have a number of high specification pharmaceutical grade encapsulators. Their advanced design gives us short set up times coupled with consistent reliable fill weights and cosmetic standard quality. Together with this enhanced flexibility, all machines are capable of running multiple sizes, types and colours. Additionally, the automated nature of these machines gives us capacity measured in the millions.
We offer our customers a full-service solution, from the best ingredients to the bespoke finished products. We have automated and semi-automated vitamin bottling packaging capability. This includes integrated batch coding together with best before dates and induction lid sealing capabilities. Our semi-automated line has been designed to give us the ability to be flexible and responsive, meaning we can run varied specifications of products at short notice.
Manufacturing Capability
With our modern machinery we can produce in excess of 20 million capsules per week, using fully automatic or semi-automatic encapsulators. Typically, we use the following capsule sizes:
- Size 0
- Size 00
- Size 00EL
- Size 1
Other sizes are available upon request and are subject to a tooling charge. At the end of the encapsulation process all capsules are de-dusted and polished, to ensure the best possible finish.
Bulk Filled Capsule Production
We can supply bulk filled capsules, typically in boxes of 150,000. The MOQ for bulk filled capsules is 150,000 (10 boxes).

Capacity
Being a full-service co-packing and nutraceutical solutions provider, we have our own warehousing where our capability goes well beyond holding just raw materials. We can hold finished stock as well as part finished products. This gives us the ability to offer ‘call off’ orders or give favourably short lead-times by transforming part-finished stock on hand into bespoke customer requirements. This flexibility gives you logistics advantages when you take your product to market.
Pack & Label
All products are packed and labelled according to customer requirements. Our packing line technology can fill capsules into the following pack types:
- Bottles (suitable for use as vitamin bottle packaging)
- Pouches (suitable for use as supplement packaging pouches)
- Mail Packs
- Tubs
- Jars
Labels are produced by our print suppliers, using the latest digital printing technology. This offers our customers a multitude of options for label finishes such as embossing, foiling and varnishing.
