At Rain we pride ourselves on keeping our manufacturing equipment up to date and in recent years have upgraded our tabletting machinery to include the latest in automation and process control. Our modern machinery is programmable and automatically controls tablet weight to give a consistent product. The types of tablet available include:
- Standard Round
- Controlled Release
- Chewable
The tablets we manufacture are suitable for a range of products, including halal, kosher, organic, vegetarian, and vegan.
Tablet Formulation Process
Our expert New Product Development (NPD) team will work with you to determine the best tablet formulation options for your tablet. The NPD team have access to hundreds of standard formulations but if something more bespoke is required then they will guide you through the process and recommend ingredients specific to the markets your products are aimed at.
Once a tablet formulation has been agreed, a trial will be carried out to determine the optimum processing parameters for your chosen formulation.
