Silvia implements and maintains our Food Safety framework and Quality Assurance systems, thereby enabling us to deliver excellent products to our customers. She is passionate about ensuring that we deliver on our commitments whilst ensuring we continue to uphold industry leading standards.
With overall responsibility for all aspects of manufacturing – Tony has been with us since 2016 and arrived at Rain with 25 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical, Life science, Automotive, Food and Beverage sectors. He is a qualified Kaizen Leader, a Lean Manufacturing Expert and Six Sigma Champion to Green Belt Level.
After success in the role of Business Development Manager and utilising his previous knowledge of the nutraceutical industry, Kyle took over the day to day running of the whole operation in October 2016.
Rupert formed RAIN Nutrience in 2004, with the help of his wife Jessica and father Anthony.
Joining Rain in February 2020, Mark is responsible for the Manufacturing and Co-Packing Operations, bringing over 30 years in Operations Management in sectors including, FMCG, Aerospace and Food. A continuous improvement champion including Lean Manufacturing Business Tools and Techniques, educated to Degree level, with extensive experience in Quality, Plant Management and Leadership.
Catherine joined the business in April 2022 having previously supported Rain in an interim capacity. A qualified accountant, Catherine brings to the business extensive experience from her portfolio career working in a variety of manufacturing, construction, and e-commerce businesses.
Possessing a strong background of supply chain management in a leading FMCG food manufacturer Scott joined Rain in April 2021 as our Supply Chain Manager. Additionally, he quickly took control of all warehousing, distribution and movement of materials both into and out of Rain. Further leveraging his extensive experience, Scott was promoted to head up the Commercial team whilst retaining his Supply Chain Management responsibilities in May 2022.
