What is the MAKE UK SME of the Year Award?
Developed by Make UK, The Manufacturers Organisation, the award champions businesses with less than 250 employees who have blazed a trail within the manufacturing sector.
Businesses in this category have led by example and developed progressive best practices for others in the industry. The award also highlights those who have shown exceptional initiative, boldness, and dynamism, as well as exemplary management practices.
Recognising RAIN’s Continued Growth
This recognition is the latest acknowledgement of RAIN’s 5 year period of business growth and continued manufacturing excellence. Since 2016 the team have been driving increase performance for customers with:
- Increased production capacity.
- Expanded product ranges and co-packing service offerings.
- Improved opportunities for customization.
From the factory floor to the management suite, these efforts have helped the team to go from strength to strength. Rain Managing Director, Kyle Dunbar, explained:
